    inspired by: carson ellis

I love the artwork Carson Ellis creates. Her watercolor work is amazing but I also adore these pencil illustrations. She's the 'artist in residence' for The Decemberists (and wife of the lead singer).. something I thought I would end up being for my husband's former band.

Also.. have a great weekend! I'm jealous of all of you who are experiencing the cool Fall weather. Orlando set a record high yesterday.

I adore her work as well! It's so charming...

You have an incredibly lovely blog!

And I'm with you about this weather. As a fellow Floridian (Tampa) I am so anxious for a bit of cooler weather. Fall seems a million miles away this year, doesn't it? My sweaters are getting lonesome!

    All the best!
