NSS - post no. 1

Just a quick little post before we head over to the Javits for our last day of the National Stationery Show... above is a photo of our booth (sorry for the phone photo quality) along with our favorite new product, our heirloom recipe card boxes. I'm super excited about the boxes and they should be available online in a month or so!
Each box is hand crafted from salvaged hardwood by our friends and craftsmen at HogEatHog (a wood studio in Orlando). Each box is unique and made from 3 different woods depending on what's available. The tops have 2 different designs which are screen printed by Mama's Sauce. They come with 12 dividers and 20 recipe cards.
Overall, the show has been great and I've had an incredible time meeting the most AMAZING people.. both buyers and fellow designers/artists. I can't believe that we have to tear everything down already but the whole thing was definitely worth it.

Those recipe boxes are absolutely gorgeous - love them!
Anna everything looked completely fab. My favorite touch was the squishy 'wood' floor--genius! You weren't in the booth when I stopped by on Sunday but all the new stuff made up for it. I especially loved the prints and the recipe boxes! Congrats!

I just saw another preview of some of the stuff you showed at NSS, including a save the date and wedding invite and I am salivating waiting for the templates to be posted on the online store. SO EXCITED!

Finally, someone is designing an amazing recipe box. I was looking to buy my boyfriend one for Christmas (yes a man who bakes!) and couldn't find anything really amazing. A lot of the ones I found were made out of cheap looking word and did not have any sort of embellishment on them. Awesome...love them so much!
Oh my, saw your work on Design Sponge and thought it was absolutely amazing. I live in Marrakech but will have to load up on cards next time I am home in the US.
This site is extremely informative and has proved to be handy. Full of information and productive articles.
