2. vintage persian rug i bought from here for our living room. I love the pattern & the bird characters

Hi! I was wondering how your experience was with esalerugs? I have been desperately searching for a big area rug for cheap and I just found what seems the perfect one on their site!! But it all seems too good to be true... free shipping? For a rug? I don't know, maybe I'm just a jaded New Yorker... Would love to know what you think of them!

I know what you mean.. I was a little hesitant too (for the same reasons) but I read reviews and figured if the rug wasn't quality I'd just send it back (you can always call the credit card company if an online company acts shady and demand a refund & contest the charges from them). It arrived at my house in 3 days and the rug I got is beautiful so I'm happy! It looked like the photos and I think the quality is great.

I bought the red pendant light from Anthropologie about a year ago.. I'm not sure if they still carry it.

Haha! I love comparing your desk-- with that pretty lamp!-- to the shot you took for Oh Joy's Closet & Casa feature (http://ohjoy.blogs.com/my_weblog/2010/09/closet-casa-with-rifle-paper-co.html). Isn't that kind of how it goes? Things are never as neat as we'd like them. :) But I love these shots-- they seem busy, but beautiful (especially the inspiration board).
