I'm glad some of you share my forbidden puppy love! (mine is forbidden at the moment by my husband, the fact that we live in a small apartment with tricky stairs leading to it, and my workaholic schedule).

I couldn't resist sharing this lovely vintage print (and then I'll stop with the dog kick).. Someday when we live in a bigger place I'd love to fill a wall with all sorts of prints and paintings just like this. I'll be going for the "the old British man's study look."

Baker's Dozen print

Here is the image of the ltd. edition print for sale in the Baker's Dozen shop (see post below.. it took me a while to get the image from my old computer). There are 13 for sale and that's it! All of them are signed and numbered. 

new work from matte stephens

I wish very badly that I could afford the new original painting by Matte Stephens (the one on top).. or one of those needle felted animals. I may however snag one of the prints of the general. I love the style of his new pieces.. they seem a little darker than his previous illustrations.

I love love love Blanca Gomez's illustration work. I was reminded that she has prints for sale after Oh Joy! posted about her the other day. I just ordered a print of the image on the left from Velocity and can't wait for it to arrive.
