Many thanks to New York Mag for including a Rifle save the date (the one with the tandem bike) in their Winter 2010 Weddings issue. I just saw the image for the first time on the Bird and Banner site today (and I feel quite honored to be on the same page next to those incredibly talented ladies).

Adam & Lhasa's Invitation Set:

I have to admit, this is one of my favorite sets and I have been holding out on posting it for a while. It's simple, delicate, and the lovely couple gave me such wonderful direction & inspiration to work with.

Bre & Eric's Wedding Certificate:

This certificate poster was created for my best friend's wedding and I am happy to announce that it will soon be available to order in my online store as a template! The poster was designed to match her save the dates and then we had Mama's Sauce (of course) screen print it with 3 ink colors on black colored French Paper.

Christmas came early.

I'm so excited to share the invitation that I created for the Fall issue of Martha Stewart Weddings. It was finished months ago and as Nathan can attest, I started thinking it was too good to be true and that it was never really going to come out. I'm not sure I believed it until I saw it sitting in the mailbox on Saturday. I worked with MS to come up with the hand drawn lettering and then had Mama's Sauce screen print the set in both yellow and orange (I'll try to post pictures of the orange version another time).

Custom thank you cards for Ashley & Grant made to match their invitation set.  The couple is in town visiting family so it was lovely to finally meet Ashley this morning when she came to the studio to pick these up.

best wedding ever

I wouldn't normally just repost wedding pictures but I think this wedding that Emily posted over at Once Wed is so amazing! See lots more, including their engagement shots, here. I love every aspect of it and want to post every single picture because it's so cute and creative. Nathan and I thought about doing a carnival theme for our own wedding but I'm so glad we didn't because it would never have been this good. enjoy!

alison & chris's save the date

I posted the preview of this save the date postcard a little while ago and have been meaning to photograph it but the craziness of the studio move and prepping to go to Renegade has left me with no spare time. I still wanted to share it though and actually think that the digital file shows the detail and texture better than a photo would anyway. 

The inspiration came from the couple's wedding location (a national park in Ohio) as well as their love of their cats (so cute!). I'm looking forward to working on their invitation set as well.

Off to a late night of printing and work for me... Tomorrow I'll be posting a little Renegade preview before I head off to NY (let's cross our fingers all of my stuff fits in 2 suitcases!).
