    Rifle Paper Co. is a boutique stationery company and design studio based out of Winter Park, Florida headed up by husband-wife team Anna & Nathan Bond. We launched our stationery & gift line in November 2009 and it's been a bit of a whirlwind ever since. Our products have been featured in publications such as Martha Stewart Living, InStyle, Southern Living, The New York Times, and Brides. We began wholesaling our line in 2010 and are now in over 2,500 stores around the world including Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, Paper Source, and Liberty of London. As we continue to grow and take on exciting new projects & partnerships we're looking to bring on more talented people to join our team.

    Our newly expanded 5,000+ square foot studio is located in Winter Park, a charming city in Central Florida. It's known for its boutique shops, history, brick streets, chain of lakes and upcoming businesses like ourselves and Makr. We're about 45 min. from the Atlantic Ocean (or an hour from the Gulf), 4 hours from Miami, and 5 hours from Savannah. All positions are based in Winter Park.

    ASSEMBLY TEAM – Part-Time and Seasonal Part-Time

    We’re looking for part time production help to join our team immediately! As an Assembly Team member you will be working alongside our production team and operations team to assemble a range of our products in our Winter Park studio (Hannibal Square). Day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing products for quality control, packaging, stickering, tying, and assembling. We are looking for people who enjoy working with their hands, have an exceptional eye for detail, and are able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for availability of 15 hours or more per week.  The following shifts are available:

    Monday – Friday

    7am – 12pm

    7am – 4pm

    12pm – 4pm

    4pm – 10pm

    7pm - 10pm

    Saturday

    10am – 3pm

    SHIPPING AND RECEIVING SPECIALIST - Part-Time and Seasonal Full-Time 

    Interested in joining the Rifle Paper Co. team? Do you have an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously? We're looking for part-time help to join our shipping and receiving team immediately! As a Shipping and Receiving Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient operation of the shipping & receiving functions of our store while working alongside our Shipping Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Performs a variety of fulfillment duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy and completeness while monitoring speed of deliveries
    • Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; processes packing sheets, and other documents
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pound items.
    • Familiarity with Ready Shipper software a plus but not required.

    Operations Support – Part-Time

    We’re seeking a motivated individual to add to our growing team! The Operations Support position will primarily work with the Operations Team to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes all areas of operational activities, which typically include shipping, receiving, production, storage, materials handling (bulk and packaged), inventory, and customer services. This position also requires ensuring the studio is presented in a neat and orderly manner. This role would interact directly with the Operations Manager as well as the Director of Operations to assist in warehouse, and studio operation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivery Receipt and Induction
    • Ability to drive a 12' Box Truck
    • Pick Up Material from Vendor as needed
    • Verifies materials or merchandise against receiving documents.
    • Stores, stacks or palletizes materials in accordance with current storage methods.
    • Assists with Inventory planning, storage and audits. 
    • Organization of Studio and Warehouse spaces.

    Job Requirements:

    • Inventory experience a plus
    • Clean driving record
    • Passion for the Rifle Paper Co. brand and its customers
    • Competency in basic computer skills, including Excel, and the ability to analyze and create reports – experience with SAP Business One a plus.
    • Flexible, organized and possessing a sense of urgency- ability to change and balance priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Looking for a high character individual who is energetic with an extreme attention to detail who enjoys balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
