    Rifle Paper Co. is a stationery and gift brand based in Winter Park, Florida headed up by husband-wife team Anna & Nathan Bond. We launched the brand in November 2009 and have been rapidly growing ever since. Our products have been featured in publications such as The New York Times, InStyle, Harper's Bazaar, Lucky, and Martha Stewart Living. We began wholesaling our line in 2010 and are now carried in over 4,000 storefronts around the world including Anthropologie, Barnes & Noble, Paper Source, and Liberty of London. As we continue to grow and expand our comapny we're looking to bring on talented people to join our team.

    Our newly expanded 5,000+ square foot studio is located in Winter Park, a historic city in Central Florida that's known for its boutique shops, brick streets, chain of lakes and growing creative community. We're about 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean (or an hour from the Gulf), 3.5 hours north of Miami, and 5 hours south of Savannah. All positions are based in Winter Park.

    KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER – Full-Time

    We are looking to hire a Key Accounts Manager at Rifle Paper Co.!

    The Accounts department aims to provide our retailers and reps with unparalleled customer service in a fast-paced work environment. We strongly believe life's personal stories and moments are best told through the gift of a hand-written card or note. At Rifle Paper Co. we want to ensure the Accounts division processes orders correctly and communicates accurately and kindly with our retailers, while being an integral part of a department that fuels the company.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing existing, new, and potential key accounts and distributors on a daily basis in coordination with the Senior Accounts Manager and Owner and Director of Business Development

       -- Communicate with key accounts via email and phone in regards to orders, ship times, production requirements, terms and policies etc.

       -- Represent Rifle using the correct tone and information in emails and phone calls

       -- Must maintain accurate working knowledge of each account’s business practice

    • Have a strong grasp and understanding of all Rifle product lines

                    -- Run reports in SAP on bestsellers; make recommendations on products as needed

    • Process and enter orders into SAP Business One
    • Work in several different portals and websites key accounts use with confidence and ease

                   -- Retrieve purchase orders, order tickets, and invoice within different systems

    • Work closely with Production Manager to ensure all accounts’ packing and shipping requirements are met and followed
    • Travel and attend NYC trade shows multiple times a year 

                   -- Meet with key accounts in person to review product lines and talk about new product debuting

    • Keep all accounts updated on new product releases

                  -- Send emails with updated catalogs

                  -- Follow up with accounts as needed

    -- Coordinate shipping samples of new product and/or requested product to all accounts

    • Invoice accounts while also contacting any delinquent accounts in regards to payments past due
    • Attend Accounts Department meetings

    -- Forecast for upcoming weeks and buying seasons

    -- Help facilitate organization and planning within Accounts Department

    -- Help execute preparation for trade shows where Rifle is an exhibitor

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Experience in an accounts setting strongly recommended
    • Experience in a buying position or related industry field a plus
    • Experience working in SAP or different ERP software a plus
    • Bachelor degree preferred but not necessarily required
    • Comfortable working in a Mac and PC environment
    • Must be organized and proactive
    • Ability to problem solve quickly
    • Extremely detail oriented but also able to multitask under pressure
    • Maintain a clean and organized email inbox
    • Communicate with the correct tone and attitude Rifle Paper Co. is known for
    • Willing and able to work well and efficiently in a continually fast-paced environment

    PRODUCTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Full-Time

    An immediate opportunity exists for a motivated, detail-oriented and energetic production graphic designer with a focus on prepress. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing files for production, attending press checks, designing packaging, digital marketing and print collateral. As a creative product brand, these are some of the most important responsibilities of our company.

    The candidate will report directly to the Creative Director and will have daily interaction with both the Creative and Production Teams. We believe that traditional design principles such as beautiful typography, color theory, and layout take our products across a variety of platforms to a higher level of finishing. At your core you should have a passion for all types of design, paper and a desire to bring both technical and creative skills to a variety of projects.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Attend local press checks (check color, quality, etc.)
    • Collaborate with creative team to inspect and execute final mechanical files
    • Retouch, composite and manipulate photos
    • Update, organize and archive production files
    • Identify and resolve any production or technical design issues
    • Preflight outgoing files to vendors
    • Aptitude for developing mock-ups and samples for presentation and production
    • A variety of creative design work including packaging, collateral and marketing

    Skills & Requirements:

    • 3+ years of professional design experience
    • Dedicated, enthusiastic, positive and proactive. Able to work well independently and on team.
    • Demonstrated success and knowledge in print design, packaging and typography
    • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Experience with CAD a plus.
    • Experience retouching and editing digital files
    • Exceptional eye for detail and color
    • Experience in prepress and printing techniques

    OPERATIONS SUPPORT  Part-Time

    We’re seeking a motivated individual to add to our growing team! The Operations Support position will primarily work with the Operations Team to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes all areas of operational activities, which typically include shipping, receiving, production, storage, materials handling (bulk and packaged), inventory, and customer services. This position also requires ensuring the studio is presented in a neat and orderly manner. This role would interact directly with the Operations Manager as well as the Director of Operations to assist in warehouse, and studio operation.

    • Inventory experience a plus

    • Competency in basic computer skills, including Excel, and the ability to analyze and create reports – experience with SAP Business One a plus.

    ASSEMBLY TEAM – Part-Time and Seasonal Part-Time

    We’re looking for part time production help to join our team immediately! As an Assembly Team member you will be working alongside our production team and operations team to assemble a range of our products in our Winter Park studio (Hannibal Square). Day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing products for quality control, packaging, stickering, tying, and assembling. We are looking for people who enjoy working with their hands, have an exceptional eye for detail, and are able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for availability of 15 hours or more per week.  The following shifts are available:

    Monday – Friday

    7am – 12pm

    7am – 4pm

    12pm – 4pm

    4pm – 10pm

    7pm - 10pm

    Saturday

    10am – 3pm

    SHIPPING AND RECEIVING SPECIALIST Part-Time and Seasonal Full-Time 

    Interested in joining the Rifle Paper Co. team? Do you have an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously? We're looking for part-time help to join our shipping and receiving team immediately! As a Shipping and Receiving Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate and efficient operation of the shipping & receiving functions of our store while working alongside our Shipping Manager.
